BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The Project objective was to support the Government of Uzbekistan to improve the sector efficiency to meet the transportation needs and improve the environmental conditions.

IKS  Consulting team has developed a feasibility study and identified the areas of railway segments suitable for external financing (Navoi-Uchkudik section). The analysis included the evaluation of the overall performance of the UTY after Project completion due to upgrade of the transport communications, the social impact to beneficiaries of the Project, trade facilitation in the region.
