BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
 
The objective of the PPTA project is to support the Kyrgyz Government’s goal of increasing revenue collection by modernizing revenue administration, the PPTA will design a strategy and action plan focusing on investment in ICT, reorganization, and training, which can be the basis for a project loan suitable for ADB financing. The main output will be the detailed project design.

The IKS Consulting team is responsible and actually executing the following tasks: (i) preparation of the detailed analyses of weaknesses in revenue administration; (ii) development of concrete recommendations for addressing weaknesses; (iii) development of the clear and comprehensive strategy for revenue modernization; (iv) design an action plan containing time-bound milestones; and (v) training for the key STI staff on best practices in tax administration modernization and on ADB project implementation procedures.
