Objectives and Scope

The impact of the proposed RETA is an integrated and efficient regional road transport network in CAREC countries facilitating cross-border and transit traffic in the region and with neighboring regions strengthened in support of sustainable economic growth and poverty reduction. The outcome is for Transport Ministries to institutionalize a three year plan for improved funding and management of regional roads in CAREC countries.
